Temporary Contact Methods

The Office of The University Registrar has temporarily suspended in-person services.  Staff members in the Office of the University Registrar will be working remotely and our office in the B. Jones Building is closed

In light of the COVID-19 concerns, the Registrars’ Offices will temporarily suspend in-person services effective March 23rd, 2020 to protect the health and safety of our staff and students. This is subject to change based on guidelines provided by the university.

For students needing assistance from our office please contact us via email - registr@emory.edu. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Virtual Office Hours

The Office of the Registrar is hosting office hours through Zoom on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 1:00PM – 4:00PM EST. A member of our staff will be available to answer questions regarding transcripts, enrollment verifications, and diplomas.

General Information for Students, Alumni, and Other Guests

Are you a student or alumni and need to request a transcript, verification, or diploma?

Please submit a request online from your OPUS account. You can also visit our website to find out more information. 

Are you a faculty or staff member who needs assistance?

See section titled "General Information for Faculty and Staff" below.

Are you an investigator and need to request a student’s transcript?

Please ask students to request an eTranscript or printed transcript online. Transcripts will be processed and mailed through Parchment.

Are you visiting to drop off a letter or form?

Feel free to drop off any correspondence to the OUR mailbox on the 3rd floor.
