For the Spring 2021 term, the Office of the University Registrar will be available for in-person services on a limited schedule.  To assist with maintaining the health and safety of our community, we ask that business be conducted virtually through email, virtual office hours, or a scheduled zoom meeting when possible.

If your needs cannot be met virtually, please schedule an appointment by sending an email to

General Information for Students, Alumni, and Other Guests

Are you a student or alumni and need to request a transcript, verification, or diploma?

Please submit a request online from your OPUS account. You can also visit our website to find out more information. 

Are you a faculty or staff member who needs assistance?

See section titled "General Information for Faculty and Staff" below.

Are you an investigator and need to request a student’s transcript?

Please ask students to request an eTranscript or printed transcript online. Transcripts will be processed and mailed through Parchment.

Investigators can request a student’s Enrollment Verification Form which includes all academic work completed at Emory University.  A copy of the investigator’s business card and the student’s release of information is required to be uploaded to the Online Ordering Form.  

Are you visiting to drop off a letter or form?

Office doors will be open for guests to drop something off Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 – 4:30PM.

Attention: Federal Express, UPS, and Other Express Carriers

Packages can be delivered to the Office of the University Registrar on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30AM – 4:30PM EST in 100 Boisfeuillet Jones Center. 

General Information for Schools and Departments

  • OUR services suspended:
    • In-person pick up of printed transcripts, verifications, and diplomas
    • In-person investigator transcript requests – please ask students to request transcript online or investigator request enrollment verification form
