Transcript requests placed online through our Online Ordering Service:
A document can be uploaded at the time of placing your order through our Online Ordering Service. If you do not have the means to submit documents electronically, please fax your document to the Registrar’s Office at 404-727-4997. This must be done immediately after placing your order in order for the document to be matched with your transcript.
Transcript requests placed in writing:
Email the document to the Registrar’s Office at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: Sending in a document alone does not constitute a transcript request. You must officially place your transcript request through our Transcript Ordering Service or in writing in order for us to process your request. Documents received without a complete transcript request will not be processed.
