Degree Tracker - Undergraduate Students

The Emory Degree Tracker is an OPUS tool, which allows Undergraduate students, advisors, and administrators the ability to monitor student progress towards fulfillment of major, minor, and concentration requirements. Ultimately, this will better position Emory Undergraduate students to realize more successful advisement engagement and clearer pathways to on-time completion. Core features are available now with additional features and options available later this Fall and Spring terms.

The Emory Degree Tracker is an academic advisement tool, which allows Undergraduate students, advisors and administrators the ability to monitor individual progress towards the fulfillment of major, minor and concentration requirements. This will better position Emory Undergraduate students to realize a successful advisement engagement and clearer pathway to on-time completion.
I’m glad you asked! You may access the Emory Degree tracker by logging into Opus and following the directions in the Student Self-Service guide.
As often as you would like! The tool is available 24/7. However, we do recommend you review it at least twice a semester; before registration and after grades are posted.
The What-If feature is built into your audit. It is designed to give you the opportunity to see the requirements for different majors should you decide to change or add a Major or Minor during your academic career. You may simulate changes to your major, catalog year or even courses you’re thinking about taking in the future. To do so, refer to the How to run a What-If Report Guide.
As soon as it is processed by the Registrar’s Office. This usually takes about a week!
These reference numbers are there to identify each section of your report. They come in handy if you come across an issue you’d like to report or you may refer to them if there is a certain requirement you need to discuss with your advisor.
Additional questions may submitted to degreetrackerhelp@listserv.cc.emory.edu managed by the Emory Office of the University Registrar. Questions related to individual requirements or advisement may be forwarded on to a school administrator or advisor for further assistance.
