Diploma emails are monitored by the Student Services Support Team via Salesforce.

All Diploma emails receive an auto-reply “New Case Accepted Notification” email with a Case #.

After the auto-reply, a member of the Student Services Support Team will contact you.

Once your case has been resolved, you will receive a “Closed” case notification via email.

The Student Services Support Team endeavors to respond to all Diploma emails within 2 - 3 business days. The time frame may be longer during peak periods.
